The client may choose to pay upon pick-up and avoid extra fees charged by using the online system.
Agreed upon additional charges will be charged as the reservation progresses.
Card will not be charged unless the client confirms the run and chooses not to pay cash upon pickup.
Any deposits held by Miami Tourist Services are NON-REFUNDABLE unless stated otherwise by an agent.
Stretch Limousines/ Party Buses- Charge in hour increments
Additional stops (maximum 20 minutes) in one way trips are an additional fee.
No Show Policy
If a Client fails to show at the Pick-up location for which a scheduled reservation has been made, a No Show Fee equal to 100% of the total trip cost is charged to the credit card on file. This includes and not limited to any cancellations after a chauffeur has reached or is in route to a reservation's location.
Weather/ Storm/ Hurricanes/ Act of God and other “Major Forces”
No Refunds. The Client will receive a Company's credit that could be used within any city of the United States. This applies to earthquakes, Hurricanes, Snow Storms. ETC
For reservations outside the airport binderies, a 15 min wait time is complimentary. After 15 minutes, the client will be charged in 15 minutes (.25 increments) blocks based on the vehicle specific hourly rate.
Complementary wait time from Airports:
International Flights: 1 hour (30 min increments)
Domestic Flights: 30 min (15 increments)
No Smoking & Alcohol Drinking Policy
All of our cars are non-smoking. Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicle(s). Alcohol drinking in the vehicle is only approved in vehicles that have a separation barrier between the chauffeur and the passengers.
* Clients agree that the passenger capacity of any vehicle provided shall not exceed the number of seat belts installed.
* If you are traveling with pets, special approval must be obtained and additional fees will apply.
* It is the responsibility of the guardian to secure and bring all child seats. However, Miami Tourist Services may provide the child seat for an additional cost. Miami Tourist Services is not responsible for any liability resulting from any malfunctioning or wrong installation of any child seats. The chauffeur is not responsible to adjust or secure the child seats. In rare cases, the chauffeur may recommend how to install the child seats but it is the sole responsibility of the passenger to make sure is fully secure and installed as required by law.
Credit Card: Client electronically authorizes, via Digital Signature, Miami Tourist Services to apply charges to the credit card on file for 1) Any damages 2) Additional hours 3) Wait-time 4) Mobile phone chargers 5) Unusual clean-up fee 6) Any lost or stolen vehicle components 7) Any downtime due to any of the above.
Cleaning Services: The cleaning deposit will be refunded after we check the cleaning conditions of the bus. If the bus is extremely dirty the fee will not be refunded.
